Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@danceups.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong order, please contact us at info@danceups.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll cover return postage and send a replacement where possible.

Important Notes

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return.
